hi! i'm looking for my great grandfather from piatra niamt

hi there!

my great grandfather, haim/chaim herscovici was born in piatra niamt 10 august 1908 to esther and velvel (wolf). i've been able to find documents from his emigration to canada but having trouble looking through the romanian archives. can anyone help? i found these birth registers for 1908 but the herscovici mentions don't look right (hard to be sure though without speaking romanian!)

Yeah, he doesn't show up in the August of 1908 at all, i looked up briefly the years 1907 and 1909, and the closest i found is a Haim Herșcu, born 3rd of August 1907 to Noech and Pesa Herșcu, and married to Adela Ambramovici on 21st of July 1926.
